Teterboro, N.J. (August 29, 2018) – NAI James E. Hanson announces that Rita Tignini and Raquel Perez have joined its Teterboro, N.J. office. Tignini will be serving as a Property Accountant and Perez will be serving as an Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper for NAI James E. Hanson’s Property Management team, which currently manages over six million square feet of commercial real estate space throughout New Jersey.
Tignini brings over ten years of real estate accounting experience to her new role at NAI James E. Hanson. Tignini most recently served as a Regional Accountant / Senior Property Accountant at First Industrial Realty Group where she was responsible for assisting with their New Jersey region real estate portfolio through performing full-cycle accounting duties, directing the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts, and report variances. Prior to that, Tignini was a Senior Property Accountant for Tishman Speyer LLC and Deutsche Bank Real Estate.
Perez boasts nine years of experience in accounts receivable roles and she most recently served as the Account Receivable Clerk at Urban American Property Management where she was responsible for managing tenant payments, assisting the legal and finance departments, and tenant relations.
