NAI Hanson’s Kenneth Lundberg, SIOR, and Patrick Lennon represented the Tenant, NIS CP Corp. and John Friedland of United Realty Advisors represented the Landlord, Sitex, in the transaction.
The Sitex Group acquired 223 Veterans Boulevard in October of 2017 with the goal of creating a renovated industrial space in line with the demands of the small to medium-sized industrial user. Updates included renovations to the property’s 5,000 square feet of office space and adding modern warehouse lighting to the industrial space.
