NAI James E. Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the tenant, pcAmerica, and Sean Morley of CBRE represented the landlord, Glorious Sun Blue Hill Plaza, LLC, in the transaction.

Standing at seven stories, 2 Blue Hill Plaza is one of two connected Class A office buildings that comprise Blue Hill Plaza, a 93-acre 1.1-million-square-foot office park constructed in 1972.
