Hackensack, N.J. (April, 2016) – NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based full service commercial real estate firm, has announced the promotion of Russell J. Verducci to Associate Vice President. Verducci specializes in industrial assets in the northern New Jersey marketplace with a focus on logistics and site selection.
Verducci joined NAI Hanson in 2005 and has had a significant impact at the company since that time. Over the past year, he has broker a number of newsworthy sales and leases, including a 352,000 square-foot industrial lease in Newark, N.J., a 19.5-acre land sale on Johnson Street in Staten Island, N.Y., a 145,000 square-foot industrial lease on 17 acres in Piscataway, N.J., and most recently the sale of a 30,000-square-foot professional building in downtown Jersey City, N.J.

As tenant and landlord needs have changed, Russ has bolstered his expertise in logistics and site selection as well as growing sectors such as refrigerated warehousing and self-storage in order to read the marketplace and negotiate the best deals for our clients,” said William C. Verducci represents local and corporate tenants and landlords throughout northern New Jersey with a primary focus on port-related industrial properties along the Turnpike Corridor. He serves as a Commissioner on the Jersey City Board of Redevelopment, the largest and oldest redevelopment agency in New Jersey. He is also an active member of the Industrial & Office Real Estate Brokers Association (IOREBA), the International Association of Refrigerated Warehouses (IARW), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and is involved with the Newark Regional Business Partnership, the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware.
